It’s not easy to win the AGT competition. After weeks of competition and struggle, Lee made it possible to have the crown of America’s Got Talent season 14, 2019.

Kodi Lee being on the Autism Spectrum Disorder faced challenges and pursued his unique way of seeing the world to achieve incredible feats. He won America’s Got Challenge and won the hearts of millions. Primarily, he becomes the source of hope for millions of parents of autistic children.

Kodi Lee just stole the crowd through his first performance. He beautifully played Donny Hathaway’s “A Song for You,” on piano. The audience and judges were so amazed by his performance. Impressed judge Gabrielle Union gifted him with her Golden Buzzer. He is also famous for being the first contestant on AGT, 2019, who received a golden buzzer.

Kodi Lee’s mother said particular words for him before pushing the Golden Buzzer, “You just want to give your kids the moon, the stars, and the rainbows. Tonight, I’m going to give you something special.”\

Kodi Lee’s Life Story

Lee was born on July 7, 1996, in California. His parents discovered that their 4 years old son Kodi Lee is autistic, and he was also born with optic nerve hypoplasia. He underwent life-saving surgery at 5 years of age. His mother, Tina Lee, said that playing and listening to music actually helped and saved her son’s life.

He has a loving and caring family. His mother’s name is Tina Lee. He has a sister and a brother, and their names are Kayla and Derek Lee, respectively.

Kodi Lee is autistic, but his family kept their aims high. Kodi Lee graduated from Elsinore High School. He has a fantastic memory; he can remember the lyrics of songs just after one time. Music is his passion. He performed on various platforms all over the globe.

Remarks

Kodi won the hearts of America from the first episode of season 14. Lee beat out nine finalists. He beats his competitors; Voices of Service, Detroit Youth Choir, Tyler Butler-Figueroa, Benicio Bryant, Emanne Beasha, Light Balance Kids, Ryan Niemiller, V. Unbeatable, and The Ndlovu Youth Choir.
